Just started calorie counting, and picked up some steamed shrimp from the grocery store for an easy meal as I already had miso soup and rice in the fridge, and I'm blown away at how few calories all this is. I added the plumcot just because of how little calories I had.

    Shrimp is an amazing lo-cal protein source, but I am suspect of that calorie count on shrimp. Should be around 90? Hard to know without weighing though.

    I think people usually end up eating significantly more than 3/4 cup of cooked rice. That’s where a lot of my calories are. 😭

    Crap i didn’t realise how calorie dense soy sauce is…I use a lot more than 2 tablespoons
