The fried bowtie pasta was inspired by the restaurant Copelands! it tastes exactly like the restaurants. This is one of my favorite dishes ☺️

(Ingredients/Measurements)

10 ounces fresh spinach leaves

Artichokes: Add 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts.

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (or shredded)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
