This is my first time ever growing hot peppers, and this guy seems to be pretty happy! Almost 20 peppers on the go, with more flowers on the way.

I tried one of them green last night and it has some good heat to it. But what really got me was how complex the flavour was, it was everything I love about a jalapeño, cranked up to 11.

I'm wondering if anyone has good ideas for how to preserve the harvest as it starts rolling in… I'm going to have a lot of jalapeños on my hands!
