I made mat kimchi, kkakdugi, nabak kimchi and bibim-naengmyeon sauce.

I love having water kimchi on hand for the summer. It’s such a good banchan and it’s a fast way to make bibim naengmyeon.

(Not related to Korean cooking, but the brown cubes in the glass Tupperware are coffee and gelatin that I cut up for iced lattes)
