


This is our 2nd box in a row that has come like this. This ruins our entire meal and all they have us both times was a $4 credit. That's what they think of their loyal customers. Been using them since last year! I also hate being treated like I'm in the wrong for reporting bad or damaged ingredients more than once, but I report EVERY time something is wrong because it is expensive and it's supposed to be convenient. Anyone else have these experiences?

They started putting the dairy ingredients with the meat and it hasn’t worked out well. I’ve had this same issue twice, but I always have sour cream on hand and since I only use promotions I don’t bothering complaining, because credits are not good to me. Anyway, head over to Wal-Mart and get that sweet Gold Sour Cream.

This used to happen to me. I complained every time. It didn’t help that the delivery guy would throw it on the porch. It was super annoying and one of the reasons I cancelled my account.
I think $4 is pretty reasonable, you can replace it with an entire container of sour cream.
