The rubber stoppers in the side shelves of my big Joe 3 dry rotted and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to replace or a good substitute for the rubber piece that is in there.
I attempted to contact support asking if there is some way to just get a replacement rubber pieces but they claimed it won’t affect my grill. I don’t really agree because if either of the shelves is dropped when closing, they kind of slam against the side of the grill.
Any helpful suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.
