Sourdough with Muenster and Swiss, light dressing of garlic aoli on the inside, small amount of butter, kewpie mayo on the outside. Let cook in the skillet with a small amount of olive oil and finished off with shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesy crust. My wife made the au jus which actually paired exeptionally well with it too! Finally cracked open a cold Budwiser Chelada shortly after that made the experience all the better!
I know its a crazy combination of flavors, but seriously it was absolutely amazing!

Pairing it au jus makes it a Dip and not a grilled cheese.

The grilled cheese looks delicious. Should just add fries to dip into the gravy/au jus
