


First ever attempts at cooking on the kamado joe had some difficulties maintaining temps but cooked these St. Louis ribs at 300 degrees for 2 hours then an additionally hour in a foil boat. Turned out delicious but still have a long way to go!

I bet you feel a real sense of achievement and can’t wait for the next cook. I’m totally hooked. I’ve had my Classic Joe for three weeks now. Spent £400 in Costco today on fillet steaks, tomahawk steak, pork loins, shoulders, lamb leg, chickens, chicken breasts, thighs, salmon, burgers and much more. The freezer is rammed.
