Needed to do a few high heat burns to clean plates ect and now the joe wont open. Took some pics to show how off it looks. Any help greatly appreciated.

Think you should undo the bands (large bolts and nut in photo 3). Realign and try to open. One at a time or it’s going to spring out and do damage. Use the tool if you it

Loosen bolt by bolt to realign your bands, then bolt by bolt tighten up and fixed. Check this video below for some guidance.
