Way too hot, blower running like it’s readying to do metal working.
Just complete garbage. This happens 2/3 cooks now. Completely cleaned out in advance of cook.
Don’t really have a question. Just venting.

We Need Your Help!
We’ve noticed that recent changes in Reddit’s algorithms have made it harder for original content (OC) communities like ours to get the visibility we used to enjoy. This shift means that posts and comments aren’t getting the attention they deserve.
By voting on and commenting on posts, you’re not only helping others but also boosting the visibility of your own posts. Your engagement is crucial, not just for r/PelletGrills, but for all the wonderful niche communities like food, crafts, art, and culture that thrive on original content. Even a simple comment like “This would fit X sub” can make a big difference.
Together, we can support and uplift our entire community. Let’s keep the positive vibes and delicious smoked meat content flowing!

Have you tried running different pellets? I’ve had a bad batch of pit boss competition blend that were very crumbley and would cause severe temp swings.

Does it ever stop running the fan? I wonder if the temperature controller is wired to the fan incorrectly

IME most appliances that use the MS Mincho or SimSum fonts are gonna be a disappointment.
God damn. Second person that’s been in the sub complaining about these, and given the rarity of this brand (and the outrageous cost)…not a good sign.
As another poster mentioned, all I can think is the fan is wired incorrectly. I don’t know if they’re designed for the fan to run full-time (my Camp Chef, and the RecTec I had before, both were designed for fan full-time), adjustable speed, on/off…I have no idea, but for the price of that thing somebody better f-ing help you.
