Recipe:
1. mix 1/2c boiling water with 3oz package of sugar free lemon jello 2. put in fridge to cool but not turn into jello (10ish minutes) 3. whip 2c whipping cream with 1T sugar substitute & vanilla extract if you want. 4. whip in cooled jello mixture until well combined.

I bet with orange jello it would taste like a creamsicle.
