It’s a little bit on the higher side of calories for breakfast, but it has 34g of protein, 10g of fiber and actually keeps me full well past lunchtime 😂
I do add a bit of cocoa powder (2g) and Splenda (1g) for flavor, and then mix it and let it sit overnight! You can eat it cold or heat it up (I heat it up) and it’s delicious.
