barista here! I just started learning bar a few months ago and definitely know I have room to grow. I’ve gotten pretty good at tulips and hearts and all that, but struggle when it comes to Rosetta’s. any tips on how to get my pours even on both sides? some of them turn out great but others often end up lopsided. I’d love any and all tips! thanks 🙂 ☕️
