We've had this oven for about six years now and we used the oven part alot during the first 2 years of having this cooker, but we haven't used it since and the last time I cleaned it wasn't really thorough hence the stains and grease, but when I looked I noticed these holes that were not there initially and was wondering if it could be dangerous to use the oven again. Maybe they were already there and I just didn't see them but I'm pretty sure they weren't and when I checked the back of the cooker it seems as the holes are only present on the oven walls but did not penetrate out.

I could be wrong but that looks like a rotisserie spike. Seems like you’re lucky and roast some chicken evenly
IDK
Think they were there from the start. All should be fine. Ovens although expensive are faitprly simple hits of kit, The holes were probably factory made for if an extra bit of kit was fitted.
In short, all good, don’t worry 😉
WA
Probably for a rotisserie option
Someone try to cook a cake with a bullet in the filling?
What are you cleaning it with? Looks thermal/chemical. What brand? Wondering if it’s cheap costing. How hot do you cook?
Wipe your spooge outta there and see if that helps, jfc
