The salad is Arugula, cucumbers & shredded pickled Brussel sprouts tossed with some pickling liquid, Salt & Pepper.
The tofu was pan fried. One side has Nooch, chipotle powder, onion powder & salt. The other side has Follow Your Heart Gouda and a ton of black pepper.
One slice of bread had some butter, the other had mustard.
