Had my closest friends over last night to ask them to be my groomsmen, I did it over steak

Indirect on my kamado joe at 275 till we hit an internal of 122 then seared at around 600 until I was happy with my crust.

Not pictured were red wine mushrooms and twice baked potatoes to complete the meal
