You don’t need much. I LOVE these. I cook up some rice, and just as the water mostly boils away, lower the temp. and stuck the salmon burgers to cook to perfection. Add some capers, maybe butter. Yum.

I lightly season the burgers with Old Bay and MSG, or blackened seasoning. Cook on a well (avocado) oiled Blackstone under a dome to 135⁰ F. The dome seems to really help keep it juicy.

Toasted kaiser buns, but brioche works well for these too.

Top with lettuce, tomato and lightly grilled onion and a remoulade (I make my own: mayo, Dijon mustard, fresh minced garlic, relish, salt, hot sauce, lemon juice)

Pairs nicely with grilled zucchini spears.and air fried sweet potato fries.

Ooohh grilled. Dill aioli, squeeze of lemon. Grilled crusty bread, brushed with olive oil/butter/both. Fried capers or pickled red onion. Ugh. Enjoy

Cast iron skillet, mix mayo with some Tarragon, spread it on a brioche bun with sliced avocado, tomato, & alfalfa sprouts.

Don’t fry them, they come out kind of gross. Brush with butter and lemon pepper or garlic salt, and *bake* them

    * homemade sourdough or brioche bun
    * tartar sauce: Kewpie Mayo, diced cornichons, Dijon mustard with whole seeds, lemon
    * heirloom tomato
    * arugula
    * Cook burger in teriyaki sauce: onion, soy sauce, pineapple, black pepper, ginger, garlic.

Try it on toasted rye bread, dill quark or philly cheese, capers , sauerkraut or salad and pickles. Never tried that one but tinned fish, finely chopped onion and left over mashed potato makes a good patty.

Salmon croquettes all day! Mash some patties together, bread and fry. Mix mayo, fresh lemon and some old bay for dipping.

I dunno, Atlantic salmon is just wrong. Make it into a burger, and your soul is DAMNED…

    Just teasing 😉

Funny seeing these here. I just threw a box away 2 days ago.

I’m not even exaggerating when say these are one of the WORST items I’ve ever purchased from Sam’s Club and grossest fish meals I’ve ever had.

I was belching up the aftertaste of these patties all evening a few days ago.

  11. Add some risotto and a fancy garnish, then scrape into Gordon Ramsey’s trash.

The bread at toppings 100% make all the difference with any burger

Pan fry, put on Korean sandwich bun, kimchi, gochujang with palm sugar melted, toast on both sides, top with sesame seeds.

Put it back on the shelf and get beef burgers. Or so that’s what Ron Swanson would say.

  15. bhamtigerfan

Put it back in the freezer section and let someone else eat it. Grab you some tuna steaks, crank up the heat in a pan or on the grill and sear it

  16. CrumblinErb23

Caper basil tarter sauce + charred lemon vinaigrette tossed arugula or citrusy roasted jalapeno avocado sauce, pickled red onion, pico de gallo mixed with shaved cabbage for extra texture

  17. button_masher

Grill it, set it on bed of Romesco sauce, top with lightly dressed greens.

  18. Polarbones

You could brush them with a mustard and maple syrup combo….

Slice it up afterwards and use it in a salad with the rest of the marinade sauce turned into a dressing…

  19. ConsiderationHot9518

Teriyaki and grilled pineapple on a Hawaiian bun

  20. LyqwidBred

I made sushi rolls, cooked up the salmon then minced it up with a little mayo and spicy stuff.

  21. jeveret

Don’t over cook, and focus on really high quality toppings, buns. Personally I’d make a really nice cabbage slaw as a topping, that would add great sauce and texture,

  22. FliPsk8guY

Thaw them, break up the meat, add Dijon mustard, onion, garlic, dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and some bread crumbs. Make them back into patties and air fry them at 400°F for 10 minutes. You now have healthy, low carb, delicious fish cakes.

I’ve never made this exact brand of salmon burger but I grill mine, and place on a grilled English muffin, slice of tomato, and plenty of tzatziki.

  24. investinlove

Here’s the problem with salmon for me. It has to be fresh and perfect to be good. I don’t eat salmon south of Portland on the west coast and that’s a good start.

  25. Acceptable_Win_8514

Dill sauce/tartar cucumber coleslaw on brocheta

  26. readysetdylan

whisk a glaze of 2T Raspberry preserves and 2T white vinegar

  27. AlsoEatsTheFace

Butter seer the salmon patties, slice them in slivers at preference. Place on top of buttered egg noodles and Alfredo sauce. Garnish with lemon and/or green onions. Light Worcestershire drops wouldn’t hurt either.

  28. Human_Style_6920

Give it to the dog. That’s gourmet dog food 😽

  29. bahumthugg

Grilled, sautéed black garlic spread on the patty, sweet and spicy Japanese barbecue sauce, add a grilled pineapple ring with brown sugar glaze, salted arugula and crumbled feta

  30. island-breeze

    Toasted brioche buns

    -Asian-inspired sauce: mayo+ginger+sesame oil+sugar (or honey/maple syrup)+lemon+ sriracha

-Asian style picles : thinly cut the cucumber, salt it, let it “brine” for 15-30 min, rinse. Cover in the same sauce as before (without the mayo) overnight in the frige.

    Enjoy!
