Not a vegan but this popped up on my feed and just wanted to say that a tofu and/or mushroom banh mi is literally my favorite food ever and it looks like you absolutely killed it here! Great job.

I assumed it was from a restaurant . Looks good. This place near me sells them with this sorta spicy tomato sauce and it’s the best thing I ever had . I don’t think they marinade either just dunk it in the sauce / heat it up in a pan with the sauce and it works so well somehow.
