Japanese BBQ chicken drumsticks:
Start by making a quick marinade:
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Stir this together with about 4 tbsp of avocado oil
You can marinate overnight, a couple hours, or cook right away
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes each side (you can use a brush to baste the juices on periodically as well)
For the last 5 minutes, get some Japanese BBQ sauce and coat the skin side, then broil until caramelized (can also do this with buffalo sauce)

I thought the “Japanese bbq sauce” was the thing you were going to show us how to make since thats what makes the dish… yknow, Japanese
