FWIW, it’s just about the first non-cherry that’s ripened for me (this and the first Better Boy). I’ve never actually grown a yellow variety this size, so I don’t know them well.

Looks like an orange brandywine. Those leaves looks like potato leaf and if so that would check out

    Golden Jubilee?
Same thing happened to me last year, I had a “definitely not a Mortgage Lifter” plant.
    Mine were small reds.
But this year I ordered ML seeds from Victory Seeds and they were correct!!
Several very large and tasty pink tomatoes from that plant.

It looks a lot like a Chef’s Choice Orange to me.

Sorry it’s not what you expected, but great job! Yum!

Idk what they are but at least they’re still slicers. 2 out of the 4 heirloom varieties I’m growing this year aren’t as advertised. I wanted black krim and jubilee, I got one that’s golfball sized and one that looks more like a paste 😑

I’ll agree Chef’s Choice Orange is possible. Also could be Momotaro Gold.

I have both and they’re both tasty.

Or your unlucky and they sent you lemon boy f2. F2 are second generation. won’t taste the same but should be decent grower.

FYI f2 hybrids seeds you can get from grocery store tomatoes.

I’m concerned you have some sort of pest of disease on those leaves… I’d take a magnifying glass out there and inspect both sides. I hope I am wrong.

im having a similiar situation with my “big rainbow.” They are all small and orange. I never realized how often they mislabel tomatoes.
