Parisian Pork review

Dinner last night was very good! The red wine vinegar and thyme really stood out in the sauce, pretty tasty. The potatos were small round ones so they didnt really make long fries like in the picture but still yummy. I didnt use the oil and balsamic vinegar, I instead made a sweet jalapeno dressing to add a bit more flavor. 4/5 stars
