Italian Rice Salad is a summer staple. Everyone make it their own way.
Tuna and prosciutto cotto are very popular, almost must-haves. Some folks even add both! Same with veggies (sottoaceti) – pickled are a must, but a lot of friends like to add a mix of both.
I’m curious what everyone here likes to add?
