

Topped with green onion and furikake. This came out really good 😊
The sauce for the ground beef is fairly simple (I measure with my heart) brown sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, gochugaru.
I have leftover rice and ground beef so you can guess what I’m having for breakfast tomorrow with a fried egg on top 🍳 who else does this?

Only thing I would have done differently is a fried egg on top. Looks delicious btw.
