I was a click away from ordering the Slate Blue from Ace but decided to check Marketplace one more time and found this one. It's the Deep Ocean Blue color which was my 2nd choice.
Got it for $180 still new in box, never assembled. I debated whether the Slate Blue was really worth the extra $120ish. 😂 Decided it was not. And this one came with the charcoal baskets instead of the stupid rails they include now. So that made it even better.
Planning on doing wings for the 1st cook, get a feel for it. Is it Friday yet? 🍻

I have the most fun cooking on my 22″ kettle and 18″ wsm. (Lump) charcoal is king. I’ve made my best steaks, ribs, pork butt on them this summer. I do cheat a bit,as I have a ink bird for the wsm and a spider venom for the kettle. Both work so good to peg the temp and keep it for long cooks.
