    I respect volume eating but when it’s plain stuff like this I don’t think I’d be able to stay interested enough to eat all of it. Give me a little cup of plain greek yogurt with ranch seasoning though, and I’ll be all over this!

    People are giving you grief for this but I agree with you, OP. Dip is just not worth the calories and veggies already have so much flavour on their own!

    You can make a low calorie high protein dip with nonfat Greek yogurt and ranch seasonings. 120 calories for a 2/3 cup serving
