People on here acting brazy. That’s blue rare, and the thicker parts your haven’t sliced yet are going to be even more so. Can guess you did direct heat the whole time. If you like it then go for it, but to most people, that’s raw in the middle.

Way too many doneness snobs on this subreddit. I like my steak medium. But if it’s rare, medium well or even well, I’ll still eat it. Truth is a properly cooked well done steak is still quite good. Just the most difficult to cook
