Been working really hard this year. Made it back to the gym regularly (was 3 now 4 days a week) since October and got a handle on binge eating/snacking at night.

Started with weights but progressed into limitations from an old rotator cuff issue. Now just elliptical until I finish physio.

Most days it's Banana for breakfast, coffee or two with a little milk, something like turkey bacon breakfast wraps (500 cal), 500 cal dinner. My secret weapon for making this stick has been a snack I really want to have. Enter strawberry season. I swear over this year I have eaten over 60lbs of strawberries, literally an entire pound is 150 calories. Add a fibre bar and we should be very close to 1500.

Before: H 6' CW 317 GW 250 by year end

After: H 6'0 CW 247 GW 225 by year end

Still a ways to go, but I'm especially proud of hitting the 70lbs lost mark.

    Yes!!! Congrats! Strawberries to you = my watermelon 😂 I eat at least a quarter/to a half a day I swear

    amazing!!!! keep going! that’s incredible progress you should be so proud! i found a similar diet helps me a lot too!
