Pan seared ribeye with cast iron on a Weber kettle. Happy with the results. Any advice for the next time around?

    I also prefer searing with my cast iron outdoors; way too much smoke for inside.

    Ok but if you’re cooking it in a pan anyway you might as well have just done it inside on the stove and stayed dry…
