It’s 1.30am where I am and I just finished off a cup a soup with 100g of smoked chicken breast added in. 250 cal, protein packed.

I eat dinner at 5pm too. I’ve added a small snack and big cup of tea at 8pm otherwise I have trouble sleeping around 10.

Oof yeah bedtime snacks come in clutch for me for this exact reason 😅. I have my dinner 4 hours before bed and a small 150-200 cal snack (like popcorn and dark chocolate) 2 hours before bed

We eat at 5:30 and I’m usually in bed about 9. I get a little snacky too, but I just drink a bunch of water instead.
