Not perfect BUT I’ve decided I don’t need them to be, so long as they have the texture I love AND look cute by my standards, which are slightly low at this stage…. I would like to get better at filling them though. I want to be like the pros: pipe a big glob in center and push the top down but they’re always lopsided and not all the way to the edge all the way around. 😳 that’s actually annoying me more than my other issues.
