Canh Chua Cá Thì Là (Vietnamese Fish Soup With Tomato and Dill)

Come out really good. Used snakehead fish and used a whole tablespoon of lime juice to get a nice moderate sour flavor.

That looks so good. I also love that the stalk of the herb was used – there’s so much flavour there.
