    Chadol (brisket) because I never get tired of eating it; whereas, I can get tired of samgyupsal (pork belly) after a bit.

    FYI – 대패 삼겹살 is samgyupsal sliced super thin like Chadol.

    The top one because I’ve never had it (yet) and it looks so delicious. Something about those thin rolls stacked up like that is very appealing.

    Samgyeopsal, because after a long stay in a foreign country, you come back to Korea and gather people to go get samgyeopsal and soju, and not chadol.

    Samgyeopsal because chadol I associate with Chinese hotpot or jjigaes.

    If I eat chadol with BBQ (not AYCE) it’ll get expensive because I eat the first 3-4 servings under 5mins.
    It has very little substance. I like it inbetween.
