tuscan pork spaghetti…. anyone find this one a little wet?
I don’t eat a lot of spaghetti, so maybe the sauce is just more spaghetti-oriented, but 3/4 cup of water seems like WAY too much. i’ve got pasta, mix-ins, and soup. it’s not bad, just confusing?

Whenever one of their recipes says to add water, I add half the amount and keep the rest to the side in case it is needed.
HF over does it with the pasta water sometimes. I like it creamier
I almost never follow their water measurements anymore. I just throw in whatever feels right.
Wasn’t just you, it was definitely wet. Also weirdly hard to eat in general and I’m not entirely sure why.
