This is the third time I’ve done this and it keeps getting better. Added one Maple wood chunk and it took it to another level. Tried to be clever and added a tin of boulangere potatoes, but it did not work. The chicken got in the way. Will stick to jackets next time. I love my JoeTisserie. Any ideas on what else I can use it for?

You can do a prime rib on the rotisserie if you’re feeling fancy

Second the shawarma and al pastor. I made a shawarma recently and it turned out fantastic
I tried mine out today, disappointed the skin wasn’t crispy 😔
