Homemade chicken fingers

    * 1 can of shredded chicken (56g)
    * 1 egg
    * 1/2 cup of shredded cheese

    Mold the mixture into “fingers,” and bake at 400F for 20 minutes! I was able to get 10 out of this recipe.

    These taste just like actual chicken fingers and would be great for any kids (or adults, like me)

    Shredded chicken? There may be a dozen brands on the shelves and I never noticed, but I don’t remember seeing any. What brand of shredded chicken? These sound good. I’m already imagining them with no sugar added ketchup.

    I see what you did here but why not just buy chicken tenderloins?
