I’m used to those souper cubes and vacuum sealing them frozen but I needed to make two postpartum freezer meals for my SIL and it needed to feed 4 people. I used plastic wrap, tinfoil then another layer of cling film but it doesn’t seem super secure. I need them to last a month in the freezer.

Look into getting them ziplock vacuum bags with the little suction hole on the side of the bag.

Or in the mean time freezer bags.

Maybe a layer of parchment flat on top of the food, cling wrap, then foil?

I’d buy the ones that come with a paper/foil lid, and put parchment between the food and lid. That would get a decent seal, and then foil over the top for good measure. I don’t think anything’s going to happen to them after only a month in the freezer wrapped that way

I use my 2cup souper cubes still and deliver with a lasagna pan to put them into for baking.

cater wrap then place on a sheet pan to freeze. once it’s completely frozen, you can remove the sheet pan and stack them. they’re at the dollar tree (sheet pan/cookie tray)
