I was today years old when I realized eggos are 180 calories for two waffles!! Isn’t that nice ? Anyways, once I had that epiphany, I decided I would have those with some PB2 protein peanut butter and light pancake syrup (thank you fellow redditor for suggesting that). I also followed this recipe for my eggs for some added protein. Lastly, we went grocery shopping for some fresh fruits this morning so I added that as well as took my prenatal vitamins. OH I almost forgot! I added nutritional yeast to my eggs which is an unexpected increase of protein. Anyways, I hope you have a good day!
