First time making anything other than instant ramen but I was craving it. Totally winged it, most of the ingredients are Trader Joe’s products I grabbed on a whim. Spicy garlic sesame squiggly noodles, chicken broth and miso ginger broth, frozen beef bulgogi, roasted corn, chili onion crunch, umami seasoning, green onions (obviously my fav part) and a little soy sauce. Plus the eggs of course. Used a microwave for most of it, but yet I have still had much worse ramen at some local restaurants.

I’ll try harder with the presentation next time, I was very much in a rush 🤣
Speaking of shortcut cooking. I made Japanese curry in less than 10 minutes and it was nearly as good as my fleshed out 30 minute version. Which involved microwaving veggies to get it to soften then finish with boiled curry. I feel like rushed cooking can be an art itself 😂 you can make bomb ass meals with practice and experimenting to make it identical to long burn regularly timed cooking.
It’s like hamburger helper started making ramen packs.
