Dehydrate or freeze for later use (you can still ferment frozen fruit), you are very lucky 🙂

One of my favorite ways to prep Habs is to chop up a bunch (about 12) and mix with equal parts chopped shallot. Mix in red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a big handful of chopped cilantro. Salt to taste and you’ve got a great garnish for tacos, chili, etc.

Just eat one every few hours or so. You’ll get through them eventually.
