I have a toddler and I work a lot, packing lunches and counting calories of homemade food is a challenge at the moment. Ngl I’m loving pre-made sandwiches and ready meals right now to take the thinking out of the equation.

Perfectly valid, being a parent is tough. Whatever works for you, works for you. I do the same thing usually, find cheap pre portioned meals. You got this!

don’t, i heard it’s better to not calorie count, just eat nutritious meals, a side of protein, salad and carbs- the simple stuff.

The amount of marketing gimmicks on the wrap is insane. “Macro counted”, as if regular packaging doesn’t already have that exact information

Always do what works for you ☺️ as someone who despises cooking (I know, not a good thing), I love pre made meals and frozen meals. As long as I have all the nutritional information I need, it works for me and keeps the weight off. I just pay attention to my calorie intake and portion sizes if I can’t calorie count.

Honestly I feel like once you get to a certain point of being used to counting cals you get a good enough sense from eyeballing that it’s not a big deal tracking it beyond comprehending mentally what you’re eating. Obviously easy to miss small snacks and stuff sometimes but otherwise it’s not an issue
