A few months back I was inspired to make a grilled cheese based on this challenge, and purchased this exact cheese. And then I left it buried under a pile of receipts at the bottom of my shopping cart and didn’t see it until it was too late 🥲 Now that I know the score is so high, perhaps I could try again….

* Cheese Flavor: Mild, creamy with a spicy finish
* Meltiness: Good melt with a silky texture
* Overall: 9/10 Didn’t have the extra edge to be a perfect 10 but it was really good. Perfect blend of peppers, not super hot but a warm and spicy flavor.
