just set up my KJ and pulled 2 racks of memphis rubbed baby back ribs that have been in the fridge for 12hrs and my buddy sends me this.

This is brilliant
When I bought mine I tried taking it off the pallet and it took all my might + my wife’s. Barely got it on the cart and had the hardest damn time pushing it to the backyard through the grass.
We couldn’t lift it up the stairs so I finally got around to umm…taking out the ceramic pieces inside of it and OH, it was so much bearable 🙂
It’s oddly accurate depending on who owns the grill.
