    Sourdough toast with smashed avocado, chipotle flakes and scrambled eggs, 355 kcal

    Tuna salad with chickpeas, feta, black olives, cucumber and red pepper, 380 kcal: no recipe but you just chop everything up, tweak amounts according to your taste and nutrition needs, and squeeze some lemon with a drizzle of olive oil and some salt on top)

    Breakfast smoothie, 200 kcal: blend spinach, frozen banana and pineapple with some almond milk/water and some chia/flax seeds
