For a 1st attempt its pretty good, couple of tips for next board :
    – bought a presliced cheese, grocery store have them specifically for charcuterie board, it will look uniform and neat
    – use multiple kind of crackers, also grocery store has a variety pack.
    – put whatever dip that was in a small bowl. Look more sophisticated.
    – garnish with some rosemary or thyme leaves.

With those ruffled prosciutto, “bougie” is more like it.

It’d be a lot fancier if you took the dip out of the container and put it in a nice bowl. Other than that, yum yum!

I would never be able to make something so pretty the first time! A+

  8. I like it! For a bit fancier, just take the dip out of the container and use a ramekin.

How do y’all keep the food looking so fresh when it must take a long time to arrange everything?
