Kale salad: Made this up but basically kale, bulgar, chickpeas, parsley, green onion, olive oil, lemon salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, & toasted almonds
Roast potatoes: Chopped up russet potatoes, added salt, pepper, olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, baked at 350 till crispy
