I’ve had more than my fair share of cauliflower pizza crusts. I’m not a hater, but must admit it’s never been my favorite. Moreso just a vessel to carry my toppings. Imagine my excitement finding Brooklyn Bred’s Sprouted Grain thin crust at my local Giant supermarket. 140 calories for 1/2 a crust (55g). The macros are better than some cauliflower crusts I’ve had! Not to mention the texture and flavor really hit the spot. Bonus points – this 3 pack of crusts was on sale for $3 and can be frozen.

I had a whole pizza to myself for 436 calories.
Crust – 110g, 280cal
Pizza sauce – 64g, 40cal
Mozzarella pearls – 28g, 70cal
Baby Bella mushrooms – 29g, 7cal
Bell peppers – 70g, 18cal
Red onion – 55g, 22cal
Balsamic Vinaigrette (Skinny Girl) – 2tbsp, 10cal

Recipe:
I cut up the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions. Added to a pan on the stove and cooked over medium-high. Added a few tsp of water to soften before adding the Skinny Girl Balsamic Vinaigrette. Tossed sauce and mozzarella pearls on the crust before adding the veggies. Finished it off with a sprinkle of Trader Joe’s pizza seasoning.
