Try using pork panko and fry your own in the air fryer.

I make my own chicken nuggets by dipping chicken pieces in flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. airfray for like 13 mins at 200 degrees Celsius. (You can weigh the flour, egg and breadcrumbs before and after you put the chicken pieces into them, so you know how much youve used od each).
Oh, and use any seasoning you like for the breadcrumbs!
I usually make carrot “fries” with my nuggets- just cut carrots into sticks, coat in seasoning if your choice and airfry as well

I hear the air fryer is good for lower calorie fried chicken. Still haven’t tried it yet.

I love wings as a treat, I order smoked wings out…but I suspect they are heated up via frying. There’s no breading, but this has to impact the calories.
Sorry, I am right there with you. Wings are one of my favorite treats with a draft beer, even with a salad side, I typically can’t swing it. *gusty sigh*

Wings are high calorie even before being fried. I usually go for 2 wings to get the wing craving out of my system, plus tendies or a thigh to get the fried happiness but still keep it high protein and acceptable calories
Or I just go for the wings and call it a maintenance day >:)

These cut up in a salad with lots of leafy greens and a good dressing or maybe with just a big salad next to it. Put them in a wrap, add Spinash and dressing..plenty of ways to make them more filling 🙂
