
Here is one very easy and filling dish. You need Greek yogurt, feta cheese, some garlic, boiled/veiled eggs, butter and paprika. Mix the yogurt, cheese and garlic, boil the eggs (better boil them raw with no shell) and put it inside the mix, melt some butter, fry paprika in it and put it on top of the dish (plus other spices if you'd like)

400g of yogurt is 200kal, 100 feta cheese is 270, 1 glove of garlic is 5kal, 1 egg – 70kal, 10g of butter is 70kal, 10g paprika -30kal
All is 645kal with carbs being 32g, protein is 37.2 grams, fat is 42.3g.
