All you need are potatoes, cream, butter, and a madolin. Slice the potatoes thin, soak in cream to stop oxidation, and then layer in a loaf pan. Cook for around 45 min and then press with weight for 6-24 hours. Slice and pan fry (or deep fry) and you will have delicious potatoes
