Last time I did one of these I got some flack for eating a lot of processed foods and not showing proof of water consumption lol. So here’s just another good day where I was perfectly satiated.
First breakfast: lavender latte
Second breakfast: protein powder and pb powder mixed in Greek yogurt
Lunch: bunless burger, carrots and cherries
Dinner: sirloin, polenta, spinach
Dessert: strawberries and raspberries with cool whip
Lots of water and zero calorie drinks throughout the day!

I’ve been getting into speciality coffees lately, and I love experimenting with what I put in them!
